China Pioneer Internship Ambassadors Program
At the end of June, ANU Shanghai Study Hub held the last sharing session for its China Pioneer Internship Ambassadors Program. The ANU students also interns in the leading companies and orgnizations shared the experience and opinions they gained from their works with fellow students in terms of understandings of job markets. These interns come from diverse majors and companies. They study marketing, finance, computational science, environmental science, international relations and so forth, and worked in companies including Microsoft, Unilever, Celine and Red. And we had Livia Li, an honored guest from top headhunting company in the UK, to communicate relevant experiences with our students.
These selected promising students possess rich working experience in renown companies and they are ready to share them with fellow students. The content of the trainings included personal career development, communicational skills, professional skills and leadership capabilities. Particularly, in May, our interns attended a CEO round-table conference held by our distinguished alumni, Mr. Tang Qiuyong, which helped them to plan their own career development paths. All these trainings are open to all ANU students in China in both online and offline forms.
By organizing the program like this, ANU China Liaison Office is willing to involve more local students and help them prepare the future career path better before their graduation. It also brings the face to face opportunities to students to meet leading companies, listen to their expertise.
