Mr Terry Weber

Terry specialises in property, infrastructure and facilities management, financial management, property management service delivery models for Federal Government, and overseas government and corporate models. He has a deep understanding of Federal Government initiatives and a strong network of senior relationships. This knowledge sets a solid foundation for effective relationships and open communication with key decision makers.

He is a former Senior Partner in PwC's Consulting practice in Canberra. His experience within PwC included outsourced property and strategic portfolio management for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Department of Finance and Deregulation and reviewing and recommending on costing models for organisations such as Telstra, the National Australia Bank and Tabcorp.

Previously the Chief Executive Officer for UGL Services, Terry headed up a team of over 2,500 personnel in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK that delivered real estate, facilities, project, financial and procurement service excellence. Terry established UGL Services into Asia Pacific's leading Corporate Real Estate and Services Outsourcing business.

Terry completed his Bachelor of Economics at the Australian National University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is a long-term Canberran and is currently serving on several boards including the Canberra Symphony Orchestra, the Canberra Raiders and the Ricky Stuart Foundation.
