Book Launch: Collaboration and Public Policy
Presented by ANU College of Asia & the Pacific
The ANU College of Asia and the Pacific is pleased to invite you to the official book launch of Collaboration and Public Policy- Agency in the Pursuit of Public Purpose by Professor Helen Sullivan.
Secretary of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Professor Glyn Davis AC, will launch the book, with the event hosted by Professor Ariadne Vromen, Crawford School of Public Policy and ANZSOG.
Collaboration is a ubiquitous yet contested feature of contemporary public policy. This book offers a new account of collaboration's appeal to human actors drawing on empirical examples across time and space. It provides a novel and comprehensive framework for analysing collaboration that enhances our understanding of what happens when practitioners collaborate for public purpose.
"In this tour de force, Helen Sullivan moves our understanding of collaboration to the next level... a must-read for anyone interested in improving public policy and governance."
-Rosemary O'Leary, Edwin O. Stene Distinguished Professor, University of Kansas, USA
