CHOIR Clinical Trial Speaker Series

The Clinical Hub for Interventional Research (CHOIR) is inaugurating a new lecture series focussing on clinical trials. This speaker series will discuss the underlying methodology and practical lessons for conduct. The intention of this series is to showcase exceptional work from around the country, and also to bring together the emerging community of practice around trials in the ACT.

The inaugural speaker of the CHOIR Clinical Trial Speaker Series is Professor Russell Gruen, Dean of the ANU College of Health and Medicine.

Professor Gruen will present ‘Prehospital Tranexamic Acid for Severe Trauma: How we successfully completed the world’s largest field-based emergency clinical trial' on Wednesday 13 March 4:00 pm at the Finkel Lecture Theatre, The John Curtin School of Medicial Research (JCSMR).
