Climate finance for renewable energy development in Fiji: complex problems and troubling solutions

Presented by ANU College of Asia & the Pacific

As the effects of climate escalating across the world, solutions are being negotiated and deployed in the Pacific. One such solution is climate finance, the swift delivery of resources to mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis. This presentation troubles the promise of climate finance for renewable energy development in Fiji, and explores alternatives manifesting on the ground.

This seminar is Kirsty's final presentation of her doctoral candidature.
