FH Gruen Public Lecture – The Economics of COVID-19 Vaccine Supply

Vaccinating a large majority of populations may be the best way to end the COVID-19 pandemic and mitigate the devastating harm to countries' health, wellbeing, and economic output. In this lecture, renowned economist Professor Christopher Snyder will discuss his research and policy work on incentivising capacity to accelerate the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, with the goal of ending the pandemic sooner.
Christopher is the Joel Z and Susan Hyatt Professor in the Economics Department at Dartmouth College. He specialises in the fields of industrial organisation, law and economics, and microeconomic theory. He is a Research Associate in the National Bureau of Economic Research, Treasurer of the Industrial Organization Society, an Editor for the Journal of Law and Economics, and an Associate Editor for the Review of Industrial Organization. He received his PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1994
