Global climate policy for philosophers

Presented by ANU College of Arts & Social Sciences

This presentation is an overview of the Global Climate Regime: the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Paris Agreement, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and various bilateral, sub-national, and private sector agreements that together constitute global climate policy. Within the processes run by these bodies, there are many complex issues and open questions ripe for philosophical contribution.

Michael Weisberg will focus on these points and give some practical pointers for constructively engaging with the regime.
