Rainbows in science
Presented by ANU College of Science
Come along and meet LGBTQIA+ scientists and allies from ANU and beyond. Experience a range of colourful STEMonstrations from a variety of science disciplines (Earth sciences, environmental sciences, biology, physics, and medicine).
The STEMonstrations will be delivered by fellow LGBTQIA+ community and ally members, and are designed to show how science influences people's lives and the world around them.
The hands-on STEMonstration session (4:00 - 5:30pm) will be followed by a keynote speaker and networking event with light refreshments (5:45 - 8:00pm).
An event aimed at LGBTQIA+ young adults who are interested in science.
