World Mental Health Day 2022 - ANU wellbeing program
Awareness, Belonging, Connection
Take some time out from your busy schedule and join us for some fun activities and information sessions as we mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October. This year's theme is 'Awareness, Belonging, Connection' with the message 'Look after your mental health, Australia.'
What is World Mental Health Day?
World Mental Health Day is recognised on 10 October every year, and aims to raise awareness of mental health challenges and support efforts to address these challenges. Talking about mental health breaks down barriers and stigma often associated with seeking support.
You can also visit Mental Health Australia to access valuable resources and be part of their Make A Promise and Mindful Habits for Mental Health initiatives.
