World Mental Health Day 2022 - Free yoga session

Take advantage of the beautiful spring weather with free outdoor yoga sessions.

Yoga will be conducted by ANU Sport consisting of a great group of professional fitness instructors.

We have organised two sessions and encourage you to take a break and get your family and friends along. The session is open to all ages and abilities, and you can register for multiple sessions.

Schedule: Monday 10 October, 7.30-8.30am at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)

Wednesday 12 October, 10-11am at University Avenue Lawns (Outdoor)

Yoga mats will be provided but you are free to bring your own.

If the weather is not conducive, the session will be moved indoors at ANU Sport. Change of venue will be communicated through email
