Dear colleagues,

Today we are releasing a consultation document that explains how the University needs to respond to the serious financial challenges we face in the coming years, caused by COVID-19. As always, we are endeavouring to be transparent and to provide as many opportunities as possible for you to provide your feedback on this recovery plan. We genuinely seek your views on how to navigate these challenging times. I encourage you to read my introduction to the consultation document, before navigating the document itself. Both are available here.

I do not underestimate how hard this will be for our community, but we must focus on the essential role that ANU will play in Australia's future, especially as we rebuild from the COVID pandemic. Please look after yourselves and each other as we make this journey together.
