Renew ANU

Our mission at The Australian National University is to provide world-class research and education for Australia and our region, and to hold and shape conversations that prepare us for a better future.

To ensure we continue fulfilling our mission, the University must reform to put us on a financially sustainable footing. We will better align key areas, becoming more efficient and effective to help ensure our long-term viability.

This page provides you with information about the proposed changes, as well as details about consultation activities and FAQs. We’ll update this page as needed.

We appreciate that change can be challenging. Information about available support services is also included here.
