Timetabling

Timetabling refers to a number of processes that are involved with when and where classes and other activities will run.

At ANU, we have two key timetables that you will use: the class timetable and the examinations timetable.

Class timetable

The class timetable is released each semester. You are able to access a near final version of the timetable approximately six weeks out from the commencement of the classes. While your lectures are generally fixed, your tutorials are not and you will have the opportunity to choose tutorials during week one of the semester.

The class timetable instructions and brochure documents can be found on the Class Timetable page. Both of these guides include instructions to:

  • see your class timetable information
  • create a personlised version of your class timetable
  • manage class clashes.

Exam timetable

See the Exam timetable page for current information on exam scheduling.
