Please note that for security reasons another person cannot make this call on your behalf.

I am a current/previous student or staff member commencing a new program

If you are a previous/current ANU student or staff member who has been accepted to a new program, you can use your existing log in details to access ANU systems and services. This means you will not receive the Password Email or be issued with a new password.

For more information about resetting your password please see the How to reset your Identity password webpage.

What should I do while waiting for my password?

In the meantime, you can explore your degree program and choose which courses you might like to take via our Programs and Courses webpage. You can also find an overview of what you can expect in your first weeks at the ANU through the ANU1001 Orientation Module.
