Digital Documents (My eQuals)

Students and graduates can view, download and share their ANU academic documents online, at any time using a secure service called My eQuals provided by Digitary®. My eQuals is a collaborative initiative involving universities in Australia and New Zealand.

Accessing your electronic documents

You can access your documents on the My eQuals website. Use your ANU ID number and password to login.
 

Why provide certified documents online?

A single electronic copy of a document stored on a secure server avoids the need for multiple original or certified copies, saving time, inconvenience, paper and money.

Application processes are increasingly moving into the digital realm. Using My eQuals, you will be able to provide a hyperlink (URL) with any electronic application rather than attaching scanned documents or sending originals. The benefits are great when submitting multiple applications or overseas applications.
 

How secure is it?

My eQuals documents are issued using advanced electronic signatures which are compliant with EU Digital Signatures Directive 1999/93/EC and national enacting legislation. My eQuals documents are both legally-valid and tamper-evident.

My eQuals leaves you in complete control over your electronic documents. Your documents can only be accessed by people you authorise. The simple online interface enables you to share your documents with as many or as few people as you like for as long as you like.
 

Who can take advantage of My eQuals?

An electronic copy of your testamur, academic transcript and AHEGS are automatically uploaded to My eQuals when you graduate (please note, this service is only applied to students who graduated in July 2010 or later). Current students can purchase a certified electronic copy of your Academic Transcript by following the instructions on the Transcripts webpage
 

What happens to my previously purchased documents?

All previously purchased documents have been migrated to My eQuals. Links hosted in the previous platform will no longer be valid and will need to be relinked to the new My eQuals platform.
