Timetable Releases

Preliminary Timetable release for staff review only on Tue 28 May 2024 at 11:00am.

The Preliminary Semester 2 2024 Timetable is released via the web publisher to staff only 2 weeks prior to the final release. The purpose is to provide staff with a 2 week period to review their timetabled teaching activities and request amendments should their circumstances or the requirements of the course have changed since providing their timetabling requirements, earlier in the year.  It is therefore not yet released to students, due to the instability and large number of expected changes.  

Final Timetable release: 

Sem 2 2024 Final Timetable released on Tue 11 Jun 2024 at 11:00am. 

Upon Final Timetable Release,  The Web Publisher will be open to students.  This is where students can view all activities for a course.  This may assist students in planning a potential timetable, prior to the opening of MyTimetable, to gain a general understanding of the components of a course, how many activities are offered and when they have been timetabled.

Although the final timetable is released on this date, the timetable is still subject to change due to extenuating circumstances and changes in enrollment numbers. Please check your timetable regularly for updates.  Students can access the Web Publisher to see these Final Timetable via the Student Access and Support for MyTimetable webpage. 

MyTimetable

ANU  utilises MyTimetable to enable students to view the timetable for their enrolled courses, browse, then self-allocate to small teaching activities eg tutorials so they can better plan their time and easily access a personal timetable.

Sem 2 2024 dates: 

• MyTimetable opens to students for allocations on Mon 8 July 2024 at 11:00am
