Scholarship recipients
What do I need to do to receive my first scholarship payment on time?
Once you have been awarded a scholarship, you must update your Australian bank account details and your address details on the Interactive Student Information System (ISIS) before the start of the semester.

What do I need to do to maintain my scholarship and continue to receive payments?
Every scholarship recipient must be aware of the requirements of their scholarship by reading the Conditions of Award. The document highlights the ongoing requirements for a scholarship recipient such as minimum study load, required GPA, academic program and so on under the section 'Ongoing Eligibility'.
Will a CRS/CRN on my transcript affect my scholarship status or future scholarship payments?
A CRS/CRN grade on your transcript will not directly affect your current scholarship status or future scholarship payments, as long as you are able to meet the scholarship requirements listed in the Conditions of Award.
Can I enrol in non-standard sessions to meet the enrolment requirement for my scholarship?
You can enrol in non-standard sessions to meet the enrolment requirement as specified in the Conditions of Award. If the enrolment deadline for the non-standard session is later than the semester enrolment deadline, please contact the scholarship administrator about your intention to enrol in a non-standard session to ensure timely scholarship payments
What happens to my scholarship if I do not meet the GPA requirements of my scholarship?
If you fail to meet the academic progress requirements, the scholarship administrator and / or delegated authority (as defined in the Conditions of Award) will contact you to review your scholarship status. You would be given an opportunity to provide sufficient information along with evidence (if available) to justify your academic grades. The Designated authority would then take a decision on the scholarship status based on the review conducted.
What happens if I cannot meet the enrolment requirements of my scholarship?
If you are unable to meet the enrolment requirement in a specific semester / year as specified in the Conditions of Award, you must email the scholarship administrator requesting for permission to retain the scholarship despite the reduced study load.
The email needs to provide suitable justification for the reduced study load and suitable supporting documentation (if applicable). The scholarship administrator will facilitate a decision on whether to allow you to continue receiving the scholarship.
