ADHD Skills Group
Are you looking for practical strategies to manage ADHD during your time at university? The ADHD Skills Group is a supportive, in-person program that will equip you with tools to improve focus, organisation, and emotional regulation.
To participate in the group, attendance at one of the upcoming information sessions is required. These sessions will explain what the program involves and how to register.
Information Sessions
- Time: 10.00 - 11.00 am
- Dates: Thursday, 25 July (Week 1) and Thursday, 1 August (Week 2)
- Location: In-person at the ANU Counselling Centre
Please check that you are available to attend the full program before registering for an information session.
ADHD Skills Group Schedule
- Thursdays, 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
- Dates: Thursdays 7, 14, 21 and 28 August
- Location: In-person at the ANU Counselling Centre
At the information session, you’ll receive an overview of the group topics, structure, and participation expectations. If you’re able to commit to all four sessions, you’ll be provided with registration instructions. This process helps foster a consistent, supportive space where all participants can fully benefit from the program.
