Count The Ways - ANU College of Law

15 May 2018

ANU College of Law alumni continue to have a positive impact on the ANU after graduating.

The ways that our law alumni are making a difference is by supporting ANU College of Law students for whom studying at ANU is only possible thanks to the generosity of donors - and it is thanks to the generosity of ANU alumni that students like Elouise and Carmen can prosper.

"It was such an honour to receive the scholarship and to be recognised for my potential to become a lawyer... I don't know if I would be here to enjoy these opportunities if I hadn't had these guardian angels supporting me. It feels as though they saw something in me and that has motivated me to prove that I can live up to the legacy."

2018 Phillipa Weeks Scholarship recipient

"Being awarded the scholarship made me feel so excited, humbled and amazed... It is such a wonderful feeling to have someone believe in you enough to provide you with this magnificent opportunity... every time I feel stressed, I am motived by the generosity of the ANU alumni who have made this scholarship possible and put their faith in me."

2018 Freilich Indigenous Law Scholarship recipient

We hope that you will join us in supporting our University community, and ensuring that more students like Elouise and Carmen can have the same access to opportunities and a world-class education.
