Virtual Student Representative Council (SRC 3)

Locally based SRC members are invited to attend this meeting in person (final location TBC). All other students and SRC members based outside Canberra may take part via Zoom. Please note that all efforts are being taken to ensure that all attendees have equal engagement irrespective of their mode of attendance and that there can be opportunities for everyone to attend in person by Semester 2's meetings and in particular, by OGM 2.

It should be noted that attendance via Zoom will continue to remain an option into the future. Please contact sa.gensec@anu.edu.au if you have any queries or concerns about this transition process to in-person meetings. You are encouraged to do so if you have concerns about your ability to equally take part in the meeting in a multimodal format or you have particular accessibility requirements. Student Representative Councils (SRCs) are a forum for discussion about all things affecting students at the ANU. It is the primary student decision-making body and also gives your elected representatives a chance to share what they've been working on and answer your questions.

Can I come? All undergraduate students at the ANU are welcome.

How can I get involved?

You can put forward a motion!
Motions are written decisions or commitments that you'd like ANUSA to make. They can be raised and discussed as a means of direction the association. Unfortunately only members of the SRC (elected representatives) can vote on motions but all students are able to put them forward. If you'd like to submit a motion, please email it to the General Secretary, Meghan Malone at sa.gensec@anu.edu.au . If you have any questions about the motion drafting process, please also refer them to this address. Please also reach out if you believe you will have difficulty submitting a motion by the required date so that alternative arrangements can be made if possible.

How can I attend this meeting?

If you are a non-SRC member, you will be able to attend this meeting via Zoom. All ANU students can create a Zoom account using the ANU corporate license (https://services.anu.edu.au/information-technology/software-system/anu-zoom-client). If you have any questions about the use of Zoom or would like to ensure that your requirements for the meeting are met, please get in touch with the General Secretary, Meghan Malone via sa.gensec@anu.edu.au. This is particularly important in light of the move towards multimodal meetings.
