Students relocating to study at a university must apply through Services Australia from 1 January 2022

Information on Proctorio and Privacy

The assessment of Proctorio found the implementation of the system was consistent with the University's privacy policy and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.

Additional information is provided below to demonstrate how Proctorio meets the Australian privacy principles (APP) that apply to the University.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

To enter your USI on ISIS, please follow the pathway: NavBar (Compass Icon) > Menu > ISIS > Personal Details > Unique Student Identifier

Update your bank account details on ISIS

As a student, you may need to provide bank account details to the University for coursework scholarship payments or if you have a credit on your ANU account you wish to have refunded to your bank account.

You can update your bank details on your ISIS account via the pathway: 

NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > ISIS > Account Details > Bank Details

Proctorio FAQs

If you are studying remotely overseas, please make sure that you use the ANU Global Protect VPN when accessing any ANU systems for your examination. For more information, please visit this webpage.

Out of Session Conferral of Award

Students who have completed all program requirements can confer their ANU award/s outside of the July and December graduation sessions; this process is referred to as Out of Session Conferral of Award. 

To have an award conferred out of session, students must:

1. have no outstanding or interim course grades;

2. have no outstanding obligations to the University.

Support for Carers

ANU recognises that the time commitment and emotional stress of caring can have a significant impact on a student's university participation.

With appropriate documentation, students can register with Access & Inclusion (A&I) for support to assist in balancing their carer responsibilities and studies.
