OS-HELP funding is an Australian Government loan scheme, funded through the Study Assist program, to assist eligible students currently enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place who wish to undertake an overseas experience that counts towards their degree.

Exchange & study abroad study guide for incoming students

Every university is different. When you study at ANU you will find that some things are done differently to the way they are done at your home university. Some general information is provided below.

Choosing courses

Whether you are an exchange or study abroad student, it's critical that you ensure the ANU courses you take can be counted towards your degree.

International tuition fees

Indicative international program tuition fees as well as tuition fees for individual courses are published on Programs and Courses. Fees for students enrolled in a Study Abroad program may vary. International students will be issued with an invoice via ISIS for each semester or session that they enrol in. Invoices must be paid by the relevant payment deadline.

International students are required to pay the services and amenities fee.
