US Financial Aid

Re-enrol

Current and continuing coursework and non-award students must re-enrol themselves for each academic year by the appropriate deadline. Failure to meet the deadlines may have financial and academic consequences. Renrolment can be done through ISIS.

Transferring between Programs

Currently enrolled students wishing to change the program they are studying may apply for a program transfer. New students may not apply for a program transfer until they have completed a minimum of one course. Transferring to a new program is an act of admission and all applications will be assessed against admission requirements.

Update your visa & passport details

If your visa or passport details have changed you must contact us to update your visa information.

It is a condition of studying at ANU that you provide us with your updated passport and visa details within 10 working days of any changes to these documents.

Withdraw from a program as an international coursework student

If you want to withdraw from your ANU program, you will need to formally notify the University.

Your withdrawal will be effective from the date your application is received by the University.

If you stop attending classes but do not notify the University that you wish to withdraw, you will remain an enrolled student and will be charged fees and receive fail results for any remaining enrolled courses.

Indonesia field school

The course will introduce students to life in Indonesian villages.

The locations over previous years have included urban low income settlements and mountain villages in Java, and fishing villages in North Halmahera. Each year the location is determined in discussion with our partner university in Indonesia.

ANU participants work in team with Indonesian students to explore social issues within the community where they are based.

Pacific Islands field school

Students will have the opportunity to experience and contribute to practical issues in the culture and heritage field including the visual and performing arts, the environment, education, development and policy work.

There are options for offerings in Fiji, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Vanuatu, Tonga, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Hawai'i, Kiribati and Papua New Guinea.
