Appeal an Academic Progress Committee Exclusion

Internal appeal on procedural grounds

Students who are excluded from their academic career due to unsatisfactory academic progression are able to appeal on procedural grounds the decision of the Academic Progress Committee to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor.

Time in which to lodge a procedural appeal

Students have 20 working days from the confirmation of exclusion letter. This date is included in the confirmation of exclusion letter.

Expected academic performance for international students

All ANU students are required to meet satisfactory academic progress. This means that they must meet the minimum academic performance requirements as established by the University. What constitutes satisfactory academic progress depends on the level of the program or, in some circumstances, requirements specific to an individual program.

How fees are calculated

Tuition fees are charged based on your enrolment. Each course you enrol in has an associated fee.

All students will be issued with an invoice via ISIS within a few days of enrolling in their courses.
